Can I just book a cleaning without full management?

Yes — that's exactly what our on-demand cleaning service is for. Book one-off turnovers, deep cleans, or recurring schedules at the rates shown above. No contract, no minimum, no management fees. Book a clean here.

What's your management fee?

Our standard full-service plan is a flat 18% of booking revenue — no setup fees, no hidden costs. Cleaning is billed to the guest. We have lighter plans starting at 7.5% if you'd rather handle some pieces yourself.

How quickly can my unit go live?

Most listings are live within 14–21 days from contract signing — photography, copy, listing approval, and platform syndication all happen in parallel.

Is my building Airbnb-friendly?

We maintain a live database of Toronto's STR-friendly buildings and verify each unit individually before signing. If your building doesn't allow STRs, we'll tell you on the first call.

What about the 180-night cap?

The City of Toronto caps STR at 180 nights per year for principal residences. We track your cap in real time and seamlessly switch you to medium-term (28+ night) rentals once you approach the limit.

Do you handle damage and disputes?

Yes. We handle Airbnb AirCover claims, Booking.com damage requests, and direct guest disputes on your behalf. We also recommend a top-up host insurance policy and can connect you with a provider.

Can I still use my unit?

Absolutely. Just block dates in the owner portal and we'll keep them off all booking platforms.
